If you need to cancel or change your appointment more than 48 hours beforehand, there\u2019s no charge at all.\u2028\u2022 For changes or cancellations made within 48 hours, there\u2019s a small $20 fee.\u2028\u2022 If you need to cancel on the day of your appointment, the full appointment fee applies.\u2028\u2022 Missed appointments (no-shows) will also be charged the full booking amount.<\/p>\n
You\u2019re welcome to pay over the phone or by bank transfer\u2014whatever is easiest. We just ask that any fees are settled before your next appointment.<\/p>\n
