Life happens, and we totally get it. If you need to cancel or change your appointment more than 48 hours beforehand, there’s no charge at all.
• For changes or cancellations made within 48 hours, there’s a small $20 fee.
• If you need to cancel on the day of your appointment, the full appointment fee applies.
• Missed appointments (no-shows) will also be charged the full booking amount.

You’re welcome to pay over the phone or by bank transfer—whatever is easiest. We just ask that any fees are settled before your next appointment.
